This project includes the construction of Aquatic Center Improvements including a splash park and a double flume water slide.

This project transformed a dusty, no-mans-land; of a utility corridor into a plaza which became the connecting link of the surrounding recreation venues better serving the Fort Stewart soldiers and their families. The project included an accessible landscape plaza, playground units, tennis court converted to parking, walkways, shade structures with picnic tables and irrigated landscaping.

This was a Task Order project assigned to IPG under our current US Army Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. IPG provided design for this new Conference Center located at Pointes West at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The US Army's Division of MWR handled the construction of the project. IPG also provided interior design services with selection of finishes, furnishings, and equipment.

Fort Benning MWR sought to expand their recreation lodging offerings 2 Bedroom, 2-bath chalets overlooking Uchee Creek. The design, prototype for 10 units, also features: 2-story living room; kitchen, dining, elevated balcony, and large terrace.

This 1,900 square foot Splash Park has a 4,000 square foot surrounding concrete terrace and promenade along the shoreline. The design includes a 215 square foot equipment room constructed of masonry; terraces with stamped concrete and concrete topping, composite lumber fencing and benches, landscaping and irrigation system, and various lighting systems. There are utility extensions for water, sanitary, sewer and electricity, which are coordinated with local utility providers. The kidney-shaped splash pad will include more than 20 water features on a decorative concrete surface.

Wetherby field is Fort Benning's venue for outdoor concerts with a field that holds up to 12,000 spectators. The stage's footprint is 4,000 square foot with a 90 x 40 feet main stage area with 60 x 40 feet deep clear-span at main stage area, 4 rows of flood lighting perpendicular to the face of the stage, 15 rigging points capable of supporting 4,000 pounds each, 14 feet wide bay each side with beam for speaker suspension and 20 feet wide bay each side for video screen suspension. The site area behind the permanent stage cover needs parking with good vehicular circulation for up to a dozen tractor trailers, plus up to (6) tour buses, etc. The design also include sound absorptive rather than sound reflective building components especially at the underside of the roof.

IPG designed an overpass over Bemiss Road in Valdosta, GA that allows pedestrians from military family housing to conveniently cross over to main base.
